Accepted an offer

We accepted an offer on the house today. The buyers wanted us to know that they decided to make an offer because of the comic books on our bookshelf, specifically, Y: The Last Man, Transmetropolitan, and The Invisibles. The power of geek culture should never be underestimated.

So now they have 7 days to opt out if the inspection turns something up.
